(Denver, CO) November 3, 2011 — Hungry Eye Inc., a longstanding Denver-based multimedia firm, has acquired the Custom Publishing Division of WiesnerMedia. The acquisition includes five custom publishing titles and the well-established custom publishing teams in both sales and creative.

Mr. Harrington worked with the team at WiesnerMedia for seven years before acquiring the division. “It’s a seamless transition, and it comes at just the right time for our clients and for the company,” said Maureen Regan Cannon, Vice President and Group Publisher of WiesnerMedia’s Custom Publishing Division. “The current accounts will flourish under Hungry Eye and the new resources they bring to bear. I have enjoyed tremendously the opportunity to work with all of these wonderful people, and my experience within the industry, but it is time for me to pass the torch.”
Hungry Eye will offer customized multimedia publishing solutions to meet each client’s unique marketing and communication needs. “An effective publishing strategy today doesn’t simply utilize the latest digital technologies,” Mr. Harrington said. “An effective strategy leverages the specific delivery advantages that each of these technologies offer, packaging our clients’ vision and targeting it via effective editorial packaging.”
