Greenville, SC – EnVeritas Group announced today that the company has hired Jennie Fowler as the chief operating officer. She brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience within the business technology and project management fields. Fowler joins the content marketing firm from Acumen IT based out of Greenville, SC where she was the firm’s chief process officer for over two years. Her Strategic Services division within Acumen IT provided cutting edge consulting to businesses. One of Fowler’s most notable recent consulting engagements is serving as the Interim CIO for The Palmetto Bank in 2011.

Prior to Acumen IT, Fowler has experience in managing small and large information technology departments; ranging in size up to 80 personnel and serving an employee base of over 7,000 in over 35 states. She brings a unique blend of business technology experience along with a strong enterprise project management background within multiple industries. Additionally, Fowler is considered an expert on the topic of project management and does speaking engagements throughout the East Coast each year.
Fowler holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and an undergraduate degree in Computer Technology. She is a certified Master Project Manager ™ - MPM. Additionally, she is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
