Albert Jan Prevoo

Albert Jan Prevoo started his active professional career in the travel retail business at Schiphol Airport Duty Free. This was followed by a three year run in the South East Asia market, setting up travel retail related businesses. Returning from Asia, Albert Jan joined KLM Royal Dutch Airline as a Senior Market Manager in the Pricing & Revenue Management Department. He was responsible for the pricing of African and South American KLM networks. After extensive travel, he joined the KLM management team in the Dutch home market as Category Manager responsible for the overall B-to-C and B-to-B commercial policy. Currently, Albert Jan is responsible for Customer Media Strategy and Partnering at KLM. He manages customer relationships via multi-media channels throughout KLM’s “circle of contact” during flight and specifically, on pre and post flights.  An important part of their customer media philosophy is customer relevancy where continuous dialogue and customer knowledge is key. At the Custom Content Conference 2010, Albert Jan will discuss how KLM has developed digital media and their digital magazine, iFly.
