Ochsner Health System Partners With Diablo Custom Publishing to Create Ochsner Magazine
21st May 2014 - Ochsner Health System has partnered with Diablo Custom Publishing (DCP) to produce a new health magazine. The magazine will be published twice a year and will be distributed in the public waiting areas of Ochsner’s 10 hospitals and more than 40 health centers. A second version of the magazine will be distributed via direct mail to a database of contacts provided by Ochsner’s Philanthropy department three additional times per year. DCP will be responsible for graphic design, editorial development, and production services including original content, layout, project management and printing of the magazines.
The magazine will strive to inform, engage and nurture relationships with patients, donors and influencers of Ochsner. Reinforcing the system’s brand and informing patients and the public about Ochsner’s medical advances and accessible delivery system are essential goals of the publication. The publication’s content is intended to be locally relevant and will be presented in a consumer magazine style that is easily engaged by readers, captures attention and reader interest, reinforces the Ochsner brand, and invites readers to take progressive actions.
