My VIP magazine awards hat trick!
After beating off fierce competition to win the Content Marketing Initiative award at Retail Week's inaugural Customer Experience Awards last month, this week, My VIP magazine by John Brown has gone on to win two more awards, completing its content marketing award win hat trick. Last night My VIP was awarded the Best Retail Content Marketing Strategy award at the inaugural Drum Content Marketing Awards following Monday’s success in the Best Art Director for Branded Content category at the BSME (British Society of Magazine Editors) awards.
The BSME judges said of art director Jennifer McNally's work: " This was a really tough category with strong contenders and much debate, but the decision was unanimous. The design of the winning title is consistent, excellent and appropriate for its audience. Imaginative and creative with a sense of humour… it got us talking."
Meanwhile, last night's Drum Content Awards awards recognised agencies, brands, publishers and platforms who showed excellence and innovation.
The Drum recognises that more and more brands are looking for creative content in order to engage with their consumers, and those who are producing this content should be recognised and rewarded.
The Drum Award judges went on to say that My VIP magazine is "a very high quality editorial with a truly integrated loyalty campaign and wonderful results."
